Impatient staff, not near beach. Junky repairs, need better repair man. Staff called 3 times and knocked with dnd sign 2 hrs before check out. Can't see beach and several miles away. The male receptionist was, gave us extra hour to check out since we came in 2am.
Disappointed & disgusted Nothing at all very unclean , staff is beyond rude and there pool was filthy , our shower looks 10x better at home than la quinta. We would never spend money here ever again .
Disappointing
Poor Everything! Terrible! Was on conference call for work and no phone or WiFi connection. Total embarrassment! They have a strict no smoking policy yet the room had strong tobacco smoke odor. Desk chair collapsed when I sat in it. I implored the staff not to run my credit card until I spoke with customer service in Monday but they ran it anyway. Describing this place in a word; UNCONSCIONABLE!
not clean very dingy unfresh smell, hall has horrible suffy smell, and is dim with low ceiling. room also had a smell, not clean and nice. nothing
Poor The bathroom...the overall look of the hotel...the decor in the room...non smoking room smelled like smoke...nothing good to say
This place is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! This motel is dirty and smells really bad! The 1st room we were given had crumbs on the counters..something had spilled down the front of the bureau and there was toothpaste spit on the faucet in the bathroom...GROSS! We demanded a different room which was better but still wasn't great. The mini refrigerator was loud and I could here people slamming there doors all night long! Don't waste your time or money. Unbelievably rude for charging me $50 because I got a nose bleed on a sheet while I was sleeping. Not worth the money. And it's mortifying and absurd to me they could possibly charge me for a bodily accident.
