Charged a card for a meal paid for with cash and we informed the server of the error and they said they’d be right by to fix it. 20 minutes later and still nothing and claimed we never told him there was an error when the manager came over.

We have had dinner in La Strada few times and we always enjoy the food. However, this time we had a really bad experience. The bacon-wrapped shrimps were over cooked and bacon was burnt. Then the lamb was medium term when I asked for medium rare and this time I decided to return the plate but this time came rare. I did not want to return more plates.

Very disappointing is the best way to sum up the total experience. Begging with the server, who did not seem to know much about what she was serving. The caprese was bland at best the mozzarella was not fresh and the tomatoes mushy. The Halibut was a huge serving and good not great as I was expecting. Desert was good again not great. Service was slow and not interested. Would NOT return.

Our servicer Miss "Jessica" was very pleasant until we received our bill. We were charged for an appetizer of $18 ~ we then called Jessica to our table to inquiry about the charge but before we could utter a word, she said....OH! The calamari! Yes I will fix your bill and then she tried to blame another service because she left our tab open on the computer. Service was horrible the waiter was too busy waiting on the high roller table and the bigger parties so the bus boy became our waiter. If they think you don’t have money they won’t give you the time of day.

The mushroom ravioli was good, but our service was terrible. Our server was inattentive, forgot to bring us one the apps we ordered and did not check on us periodically throughout our meal. We were stuck waiting for a very long time, and luckily the hostess came by and we asked her for the check and to go boxes. I was very shocked at how bad the service was.

Went for a celebratory dinner with my spouse and were expecting much better food. The appetizer LA CAPRESE was wonderful as was our wine. The shellfish in my seafood linguine were so tough they wound up in my napkin. Our other entree was good but we were hoping for very good (VEAL OSSOBUCO) Service was very good and attentive as was help selecting our wine. Very beautiful setting/dining room. Would try it again but be more particular with the entrees.

This had to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I've eaten there many times before and always amazing service but this time i brought my kids and we did not get dressed up for it so apparently we were not good enough for who ever the new person was that was seating that night. I will never return. She ruined my daughter and sons birthday dinner. Never even got to look at a menu.

I had the lamb special and my boyfriend had the veal. He was told it was a big size portion of veal. When it was brought out to us the “veal”was covered in fat with 2 huge pieces of bone in it that made up half the piece of meat. I also tasted nothing like veal which we’ve had many times before.
