Good no human at check in. kiosk only accepts old formatted drivers license and their was no bar code on reservations. everyone trying to check in had to walk to the isle to get checked in. as part of the process you should just have people check in at isle. good location

Very Good The front desk isn't staffed. We had some trouble checking in at the kiosk. It wouldn't accept the credit card we had made the reservation with, but it did accept it for the deposit. So, we used another card & it was accepted for check-in. The barcode from the Hotwire Reservation wouldn't work. We had to use a driver's license. We arrived a little early & were charged a fee + tax for it. 4:00pm seems like a late time to check in. Location, parking & room were fine. It was quiet.
