We will be back. That the Isle was so nice that we did not try other places in Black Hawk. We liked the helpfulness of the staff. Manager Al was super helpful. For us he was in the right place at the right time. He helped 2 lost people find their way and gave us a special deal. One that we won't forget for a long time.

Good Staff not k owing where elevators or public bathrooms are Clean rooms and great social distancing, and bedroom was so nice.

It was my birthday had a great stay! Upgraded! Only thing was it looked like we got a king size bed on a queen frame? Still comfortable, your staff work hard and we appreciated accommodations.
