Room was hard to find with no help from staff .told to use elevator to 10th floor that doesn't exist

Casino Stay The facility was perfect for our overnight stay. Our only issue was the check-in. The check-in for Lady Luck was at the Isle Casino. We had to drag our suitcase to the next casino to check-in then back to Lady Luck to go to our room.
