The staff was rude. The room coffeemaker didnt work. One paper cup for coffee for 2 people

The shower didn't work and it was super frustrating. The sink also drained super slowly and the hot water was very hard to turn on. Not worth the price to stay here.

Paid $230 for a room that had no ventilation for the bathroom. Spent the entire night unable to sleep because of the smell of fecal matter coming from the bathroom from previous guests. The room number was 1145

Security is very lax. Creepy non-guests wandering around the 9th floor at 7AM knocking on my door and harassing me. When I called for security, it took 40 minutes, and they were flippant and did nothing. Customer service has gone way down in all departments.

I checked in with my 92 year old Mother and was given no instructions on how to get to or use key for elevator. Got stuck outside the doors of the elevator on 6th floor with no way to open it and no heat. Was offered an apology only!! Won’t be back!!

Pretty disappointed with the room. Very old and still smelled like smoke from when it was allowed. The room has no temperature control. Just heat on or off. Housekeeping going around the day of check out at 8a waking everyone up.
