They wouldn’t clean or restock the room while we were staying. We had to call the desk for hangars, extra towels, etc…if we could get them to even answer the phone. Our last night we had asked for more shampoo. NEVER GOT IT.

If they had even a single soul working on the property they would have noticed the two dogs barking in a room all night long as their owners were away. No one on our floor got any sleep.

The checkin was a mess snd we had to pay twice. The hotel clerk wouldn't check my husband in and we had to pay twice..expedia canceled our reservation on the spot for no reason. Ecpedia nerds to refund me.
