Nobody at lobby desk...kiosk out of order..no service whatsoever

Ac did not work well. Self check in kiosks didn’t recognize newer drivers license and no staff to help. Had to check in at another hotel that owned it but was far away with luggage and a gf that just had knee surgery.

The room was not clean, there was floss pick on the bathroom floor. The fridge was not plugged in and I had to move it from the cabinet (no plug inside) to the floor across the room. I can deal with the above. What I cannot deal with is the room was supposed to be smoke free. It smelled like someone had smoked in the room for a week. My clean clothes smelled when I left. Also, we tried to eat in the casino on Saturday night at 8:30pm. The only food offered was one guy cooking up tacos in the casino.

No front desk, no cleaning service even though we stayed 3 nights and there were dead bugs in the room.
