Get directionsNot happy Room was not clean! Very dusty on head boards & lamps! Air vent full of dust.Stains on headboard of bed. Towels were messy like they had been previous used & put back. Crumbs on bed. Everytime a toilet flushes in the building you could hear it. Kept us up all night

The staff was very rude, The room was hot the air conditioning was terrible did not work well. Love Central City but I prefer to book at another Hotel.

Way to hot! The hotel room was way to hot. I turned the ac on but it did not work. It was so unpleasant that we decided to drive back home and forfeit the room we paid for.

It was a nice and clean hotel. However the staff is completely rude and I was over charged $110. They blamed Expedia for the charges.

THE ROOM WAS OK. BUT NO HEAT!!!!!!!! WE HAD TO BE MOVED TO THE ISLE.

Booked my room on Travelocity. When I arrived, they had double booked my room and said they didn't have a record of my booking. Needless to say, this was not great to hear after driving over an hour to get there. After speaking with the hotel manager and providing my Travelocity confirmation they still didn't have a room for me. Around 7:30-8:00 PM, they only option they gave me was a room with 1 bed and they brought in a roll away for my friend to sleep in. They did not provide a blanket.
