En mi última visita , no nos fue muy bien , no servía el refrigerador , no servía la cerradura , por lo tengo que nuestra tarjeta magnética no sirvió . El caso es que al llegar pagamos 10 dlls por hacer check in antes de tiempo y está bien . Pero que nos pasará esto , en arreglar nuestro problema se fue la hora . Para mí no deberían descontarnos esos 10 dlls
Clean rooms and very nice staff. The down fall was this is a casino hotel and pets are not allowed in the casino but people bring them and keep them in their rooms to bark and cry all hours of the night while they are playing in the casino. I think pets should not be allowed in the casino hotels if they are not allowed in the casinos that are attached to them.
The drain in the sink in shower did not drain quickly and held water for quite a long time. Other then that it was fine.

Was not thrilled with kiosk check in during busy time of the day. Many people having issues.

Food was a big problem and what was there was not worth the price you had to pay. The property is under renovations elevators were problem.
