The front desk manager was awesome. His name was Chris. We also had a great front desk clerk, but I don’t remember her name (6.1.23 check in evening). Our room was fabulous! We did encounter a few issues such as lack of hot water one night and a screaming child in the room besides us one of the nights as well. We called the overnight auditor (on the horseshoe casino side which is where we were placed) she was horrible and lacked customer service, my husband had to be very stern with her because this baby had been crying for ... read more
