Pleasant Nobody working in the front desk when we check in. We also used booking.com to reserve the room they charged us for room and deposit then showed up and the kiosk charged us again to get our room key and know struggling to get some of our money back We weren't there long enough to enjoy

Liked the facilities but didn’t like the added fee. The added fee to cover free parking, and the two small water bottles and coffee in the room. The clean rooms

Business response:

Please excuse any inconvenience regarding the added fee for parking and amenities. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for staying with us at Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk.
