My mum has been a resident for nearly two years. We could not have wished for a better home for her to be. The staff are very helpful and kind. There is always something for the residents to take part in. The cakes that every resident gets for their birthday are unbelievable.

Lakeview Lodge Care Home is a lovely and friendly welcoming home. The staff are very helpful and warm, friendly and very professional. Staff always are quick to help in any situation and always there to speak to if I have any concerns to do with my family member.

Mum settled in very well and I am happy with everything. The staff are so loving and caring. I now know Mum is safe and being well looked after.

I visit once a month with my canine concern dog 'Gunner'. The staff are always warm and welcoming. We wander, accompanied around the different areas and floors saying hello to the residents, who mainly are happy to see us. The whole place is clean, cheerful and friendly. The residents look very well cared for and happy. There always seems to be something happening for everyone. There's a lovely homely atmosphere about Lakeview.

I found both staff and management very courteous to me and have treated the people they care for with dignity, understanding of their needs and handled gently.

My review relates to all the staff that were involved in the dog show. It was very well prepared and maintained during the show. My mum does not come out of her room very much. I was allowed to be with her and she enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive. Thank you to all involved - mums sight is not very good and some staff members brought some of the dogs over to her which was very kind.
