My review relates to all the staff that were involved in the dog show. It was very well prepared and maintained during the show. My mum does not come out of her room very much. I was allowed to be with her and she enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive. Thank you to all involved - mums sight is not very good and some staff members brought some of the dogs over to her which was very kind.

Staff are all so friendly and make you welcome. My mother has settled so well and putting on weight. It's lovely to see her hair done and nails tidy, she always looks tidy and happy. The home is always tidy and the gardens are so tidy.

My mother has been a resident for 13 months. She moved in with my father who sadly passed just a week later. The last year has been so difficult but the staff at Lakeview Lodge Care Home have gone above and beyond with their work and kindness. Jubilee week was exceptional with so much to involve residents and their families. Hats off to a splendid team.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Through the lockdown, the home was amazing and kept my grandma safe from covid. They are friendly and so helpful. My grandma loves being here and it makes it so much easier for us.

Lakeview has provided a good level of care through very difficult times. the staff, rooms, and food are superb, and overall my mum is well looked after (as expected for the price paid) My mum's care needs are very limited and updates on her care plans are not forthcoming - she needs consideration on an individual basis.

Lakeview Lodge is a wonderful caring home; it is clean and well run. My mother always looked clean and tidy, but most importantly, she appears content and happy. The receptionist is a wonderful but kind lady that always has a smile and always tries to help. They say first impressions are most important... well, this lady makes you feel comfortable the minute you enter the home until you leave.

Mum has been a resident at Lakeview for three years. It is a well-appointed home with a clean, modern interior and excellent facilities. The last twelve months have been a trying time for everyone but especially care home, and I cannot praise highly enough the way in which Lakeview has dealt with Covid19 and the confidence that has given me. The staff have done an amazing job under difficult circumstances and have kept my mother safe and well for which I will always be very grateful.

During the most challenging times any of us can remember, Lakeview has continued to offer real support to my relative and excellent communication with me. I've felt included as part of the care team in a way I haven't experienced before with three other homes that close relatives stayed in. I get regular calls and updates from Lakeview which means that my relative can be understood and cared for better.
