My mom has resided at Lakeview Lodge Care Home now for over 2 years and has been very happy, comfortable and well cared for during that time. I have always found the staff to be very professional, courteous, efficient and accommodating to the residents in their care and their families. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very transparent in keeping the families up to date with ongoing changes and care of our loved ones. My father lived at Lakeview Lodge for a couple of years. He was happy and settled there despite his significant dementia. It is very well located, the building and facilities are lovely, and it is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I always felt that Dad was well cared for. I would certainly recommend it to others.

The staff are very helpful always on hand to assist and the male wellbeing coordinator is absolutely amazing with my grandad. Thank you to him and the rest of the staff. Not sure about the manager never spoke to her. Great work.

Excellent facility - my mother is very happy, and the staff are so professional. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone. The carers and nurses truly care about the residents and give the highest level of care and service.

The care home staff here have always gone above and beyond for me and my family. At such a hard time, they have been there whenever we needed them. We really feel at ease knowing how comfortable they are and the attention to detail with the management staff has really blown me away.

I would recommend this care home to anyone looking for a care home in the Milton Keynes area. The staff are very caring, kind and compassionate. There is a great range of activities for all the residents to enjoy! All the residents look happy and well-cared for!

Mum was made to feel extremely welcome on her arrival and she settled in very quickly. The staff are very caring, there have been a couple of issues but they were soon resolved. I would recommend Lakeview to anyone looking for a care home.

In one week, the health of my mum improved dramatically. The care staff, manager and deputy manager do make a positive difference.
