No pressure sales experience This is third vehicle purchase from Lakewood. All have been very positive experiences and very low pressure. Excellent experience I shopped around for a mid size truck and drove the Tacoma and Frontier before I drove the Colorado. I expected to just go to Lakewood for the sake of comparison. But I was pleasantly surprised by the ride and build quality of the Colorado and switched to becoming a legitimate potential customer. Pleasant I visited the dealership without having an appointment - there wasn't any problem to accept my car for repair. I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly the car was repaired and how quickly I was informed about additional problem on my car. When I needed more information, the person I was talking to, explained all the necessary details very clearly.
Attentive to my needs This was my first truck purchase meant for a specific need i.e. towing a travel trailer. Decided to buy/lease a new cruse. Due to my unusually great service over the past 10 years in the service dept, with my work truck, I decided that there was only one dealership with whom I wanted to deal on a new vehicle. Danny, Sean and their team didn't disappoint......service was just what I expected.........great. Very Helpful & Friendly We were shopping around for an SUV to replace our Dodge minivan and Lakewood had some of the best deals in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly without being pushy or resorting to aggressive sales tactics. All in all, a very smooth experience. One of the best dealerships we have dealt with.
