Excellent service The sales consultant, Vince Morrison, was very attentive, knowledgeable,and not overbearing. Was able to answer all our questions. very happy with the service.. Dan Bass was excellent as well. He took the time to talk with us about our vehicle and what was available for us. Very personable. Tammy Gordashko was very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff I dropped my car off with James for a regular oil and tire change and inspection. He did an excellent job of keeping in informed about what the status of my car was as well as explaining the results of my inspection with me.

Best experience ever in a dealership We came to Lakewood after talking with another dealership on the purchase of a new car. The other dealership was not willing to move on the price as much as we had hoped, so we came to Lakewood. We told our story to the sales rep and told him what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. We were a few thousand apart on the deal and we knew it. We were open and honest and they were too. Excellent customer service Lakewood Chevrolet is one of the best dealerships I have ever done business with. Every single person I have met is friendly, honest and go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. I have my winter tires on my car and I got a nail stuck in one.
