The right truck, right time I had been looking for a specific truck and Lakewood had it. I inquired about it on their website and got a phone call within 15 minutes. I'm from out of town and had to deal over phone and email. I must admit, they made it simple. Negotiating a price was easier than most places. Great customer service I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado from this dealership. I looked at several similar trucks at other GM or Chevrolet dealerships and felt the most comfortable at this dealership. Above & Beyond The staff were observant, accommodating and went above & beyond being patient and helpful. Simple, fast, fair, and human. I have been dealing with Lakewood for 10 years, and they are by far the best customer service dealership I have ever been too. No tricks. Full disclosure. They call for unexpected things on the repair and the service sales people know vehicles. Cory in service is this company's knight in shining armor but has recently been promoted.
Excellent service The sales consultant, Vince Morrison, was very attentive, knowledgeable,and not overbearing. Was able to answer all our questions. very happy with the service.. Dan Bass was excellent as well. He took the time to talk with us about our vehicle and what was available for us. Very personable. Tammy Gordashko was very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff I dropped my car off with James for a regular oil and tire change and inspection. He did an excellent job of keeping in informed about what the status of my car was as well as explaining the results of my inspection with me.
