Above & Beyond The staff were observant, accommodating and went above & beyond being patient and helpful. Simple, fast, fair, and human. I have been dealing with Lakewood for 10 years, and they are by far the best customer service dealership I have ever been too. No tricks. Full disclosure. They call for unexpected things on the repair and the service sales people know vehicles. Cory in service is this company's knight in shining armor but has recently been promoted.
Excellent service The sales consultant, Vince Morrison, was very attentive, knowledgeable,and not overbearing. Was able to answer all our questions. very happy with the service.. Dan Bass was excellent as well. He took the time to talk with us about our vehicle and what was available for us. Very personable. Tammy Gordashko was very professional and helpful. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff I dropped my car off with James for a regular oil and tire change and inspection. He did an excellent job of keeping in informed about what the status of my car was as well as explaining the results of my inspection with me.

Best experience ever in a dealership We came to Lakewood after talking with another dealership on the purchase of a new car. The other dealership was not willing to move on the price as much as we had hoped, so we came to Lakewood.
