Pleasant I visited the dealership without having an appointment - there wasn't any problem to accept my car for repair. I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly the car was repaired and how quickly I was informed about additional problem on my car. When I needed more information, the person I was talking to, explained all the necessary details very clearly.
Attentive to my needs This was my first truck purchase meant for a specific need i.e. towing a travel trailer. Carmen and the rest of the folks at Lakewood listened to my needs, paid attention and provided me with great options in terms of potential vehicle for purchase. Decided to buy/lease a new cruse. Due to my unusually great service over the past 10 years in the service dept, with my work truck, I decided that there was only one dealership with whom I wanted to deal on a new vehicle. Danny, Sean and their team didn't disappoint......service was just what I expected.........great. Had a hickup with getting my registration and plate, however, I am sure that was my fault Will enjoy going to get accessories and service in the future
Very Helpful & Friendly We were shopping around for an SUV to replace our Dodge minivan and Lakewood had some of the best deals in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly without being pushy or resorting to aggressive sales tactics. All in all, a very smooth experience. One of the best dealerships we have dealt with.
Amazing Service I was looking for a new car and went to several dealerships including Sherwood Chev, before I ended up at Lakewood. Sean Simon greeted me as I walked into the showroom. He listened to what I wanted and was able to meet my budget. I came back to the dealership and ordered my new car, a few days later. Joining the Chevy team I wasn't happy with the Ford I was driving and wanted a Chevy. As soon as I walked in everyone was very helpful. I worked with Sean Simon to figure out what truck I wanted, and he quickly picked one out that fit exactly what I wanted. OIL CHANGE I usually bring my 2015 Chev Trax in for servicing, But, my husband's 2011 Dodge Ram needed a Oil change so I knew that Dan Boulet was always there to help me out with my vehicle, so I brought in my husband Truck. Dan Boulet was respectful, polite and low-pressure. Dan went out of his way to help me and recommend other services that needed to be done on our truck, we will continue to recommend Lakewood for service.

The right truck, right time I had been looking for a specific truck and Lakewood had it. I inquired about it on their website and got a phone call within 15 minutes. I'm from out of town and had to deal over phone and email. I must admit, they made it simple. Negotiating a price was easier than most places.
