The GM does not value your business I bought a truck a few months ago from them and had a very great experience (did not deal with Gord at all). Brought my wife to this dealership to work out a deal on a new truck for her. Dealing with Cody, Dan and Curtis was great we had a deal agreed upon and Gord was rude and made me feel like my business wasn't needed. He said to go to Schwab GMC in Leduc so we listened to him and bought a truck from them. I will not return to this dealership.
Complete lack of customer care I bought my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD from Lakewood the experience was good at first but I started having issues with the service department. James a service adviser specifically is by far the worst service adviser I have ever had in my life. He undermines the customers knowledge and is constantly trying to avoid any warranty work. It was almost a good day Came in for a routine oil change, it was quick efficient and the staff made it an overall wonderful experience. That is until I went to go pay for the service. I was shocked, to say the least. After standing there for more than five minutes, another staff member had to point out to the cashier not once, not twice, but three times to serve me, the other staff members seated in the office were all on the phone with other customers. Not Satisfied Dwayne was a good service advisor, getting me the information on what needed to be fixed and an estimate of cost. That being said, the shop charges ridiculous job hours that I was assured did not take that long. After speaking with a few mechanics it was concluded that I was over charged on labour. Will not be back for service work again.

Amazing Sales guy, Not so great full up Curtis and Scott are the guys you wanna see at lakewood. From buying a car to any other issues or concerns you may have. They go above and beyond for you and know how to handle your picky needs or wants. At the end of the day when you walk out be it with a new or used vehicle you’ll be completely satisfied and if for some reason you aren’t they will fix the issue to make it right Couple months down the road and I'm disappointment in how some things were handled. Amazing, even after the sale Tammy was amazing in finance. She took the time to explain everything that was being charged and credited. I left knowing exactly what I was going to be paying for and where my reimbursements were going. She went the extra miles to make sure I as well got my refund from GM who had been less than helpful when I called. She's in my opinion went above and beyond long after her job was done. She will be one of the only people I will deal with from now on when I go there.
Very very poor custoner service I dealt with the used car manager Justin, and he had some of the poorest customer service qualities I have seen in my time. The vehicle we purchased was excellent. But I would never recommend him as the way to get into a chev. He misquoted me twice, and refused to honour a signed/dated quote. Very disappointing
Hatchlift won’t open did not fix my issue and still charged me almost $400.00 for diagnosing. Then for another $1500.00 they will replace a part, but won’t guarantee it. This is nonsense, I heard from other people do not take your vehicle to the dealership for they will rob you. So I now have to press my trunk remote at the same time as I pull to open.
