Great experience, friendly and very knowlegable staff. Quick service as advised by James Lpgozar, my service adviser. The technicians found a few additonal maintenance items that needed to be completed, so at 0900 while I was waiting in the showroom, James suggested that I take a service loaner vehicle as the extra repairs would require more time to complete as I had a luncheon meeting at 1130 that I did not want to miss. Service follow up Took my 2016 Silverado to a lube shop for an oil change and received a list of things that required immediate attention, told their tech that I already had a service appointment scheduled and would have the dealer look into the list. Funny thing was none of the list actually needed done, Lakewood gave me piece of mind for my vehicle without trying to pad the bill
