Service follow up Took my 2016 Silverado to a lube shop for an oil change and received a list of things that required immediate attention, told their tech that I already had a service appointment scheduled and would have the dealer look into the list. Funny thing was none of the list actually needed done, Lakewood gave me piece of mind for my vehicle without trying to pad the bill

Great People !! Fantastic experience! I had to purchase a vehicle sooner than expected due to an accident and one phone call to the Dealership and everything was taken care of! Happy Happy Happy! Everyone is smiling and friendly, the salesman went through everything on my new vehicle with no rush and regularly checked to see if I had questions. They reviewed everything I needed to know about the paperwork and showed us around the dealership so we would know where the departments were all located, and washrooms as well.
Service I recently took my vehicle in for regular service and it was recommended that I replace my rear breaks. The price, workmanship, and time to complete the job was responsible.
