Frustrating Vince the sales guy was great to deal with, the rest of the experience was frustrating and disappointing. We settled on a price and I asked is this "all in", to which I hear yes. Only there are more sales at the finance office so not really all in. In the end we were able to work things out but not before a few bumps in the process. Buying a car should be a fun time and that is definitely not how I would describe it.
Amazing Went above and beyond to get us the truck we wanted. From sales to service to financing they were amazing every set of the way.

By far best experience we have had while buy a new vehicle. After visiting 4 other dealerships Lakewood was the only dealer that made us feel comfortable, listened to us on what we wanted but most importantly NOT PRESSURED! as so many other dealerships did to us prior to walking into Lakewood. Excellent service, Only down fall waited almost 2hrs for oil change. I think your air filters and to install is over priced. But really good to deal with.
