Engine light correction My truck had to be kept overnight as the Dealer had to bring in the necessary parts . It was ready the afternoon of the next day. No charge as all the work was covered by warranty.
Tammy is the bomb I've known many Finance Managers over the years and I can attest to Tammy's thoroughness and friendliness when presented with any situation. 5 stars!!!
customer service!!!!! I only deal with the Service Dept. so I will only comment on that. the Service Dept is top notch! it doesn't matter who you deal with they are kind and truly there to do their best for you. They keep you informed on what is going on with your vehicle while its being repaired. My guy is James Logozar he is one of the best Service people I have dealt with. Sometimes I think he owns my vehicle when I take it in for service

Lakewood Chevrolet is the best dealership I have ever dealt! The service I received at Lakewood Chevrolet was by far the best I have had from a dealership, I purchased my 2011 Ford Raptor there. Jim Bell was excellent to deal with, I live in another province and he held the vehicle for me until I could get out there to see it. Regular oil change and repair of tire. Service was excellent and the staff do not do any extra repairs without consulting the client first. The staff try to save you money wherever they can.
