RecommendedI've lived here for almost 2 years and have absolutely no complaints. The staff is very helpful with whatever you need and go above and beyond to make sure that their tenants are happy. They have very spacious apartments for fair prices and are extremely dog friendly.

I love living at Launch! You get so much more for your money than you do at other locations around campus. All of the amenities like the pool and fitness center really add to the experience.

The maintenance team is always quick and efficient! The tall guy in particular (Paul?) is excellent! Sidewalks always clear and salted!

Nice community, supportive staff, and quick maintainance. Monthly few events are really great. Shared bedroom apartments have separate bathroom for each bedroom. Nice thing to have.
