Being able to see the progress of our loan quickly through the app. Not so please that I wasn’t told that we would be sent checks to pay creditors off. I thought they would be paid directly. I I had been advised that’s how it would be handled, I would have opted to have the money sent directly to me and I could have paid online. Still watching for the majority of the checks to post to our account. We have to make payments due to checks no being posted to our accounts.
