Lee was helpful in arranging a loan that accomplished the turnover from construction loan to mortgage loan as we worked through the process of building our home. He was open with wise council regarding what to expect in the construction process. While some of this council was uncomfortable, it was also valuable as it enabled effective planning of our construction close out with the builder.
