Having relocated over 10 times and having had to purchased homes with each move I can say without a doubt Lee Hardin has been the best person I have ever worked with. Case in point, our current home was owned by the bank that was providing our loan and one week prior to closing the bank wanted to know what kind of loan we were requesting. I don't think it's uncommon knowledge that you have to be flexible with a timeline when purchasing a house. Things can go wrong, hiccups can occur, things can get pushed out. Lee, however, personally took upon himself and went the extra mile to ensure my loan was complete and ready for my home to close before I need to go on an extended business trip.
