I was very happy with Lee, he simplified this process for me! I was a 1st time home buyer and I felt overwealmed with this whole process. Lee helped simplify it and we were able to close ahead of schedule which is important in Seattle's market!

Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with on my first home purchase. It was a new construction deal, with me coming in with a conventional home loan. Despite some unexpected issues that cropped up at the last minute, Lee hung in there with me and worked extra hours to make things happen. He went over and above to get the loan through for closing.
