I don't think it's uncommon knowledge that you have to be flexible with a timeline when purchasing a house. Things can go wrong, hiccups can occur, things can get pushed out. Lee, however, personally took upon himself and went the extra mile to ensure my loan was complete and ready for my home to close before I need to go on an extended business trip.
