Lee was very responsive to all of me emails and texts, would get back to me right away. He took the time to explain all of the options, and helped expedite the loan when the sellers requested an earlier date. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed working with Lee on our refinance, as much as you can enjoy that process. He was always very responsive with phone calls and emails and did a lot toward trouble shooting whatever came up.

We did not know Lee previously and even sought the guidance and competitive quote from a trusted friend to fund this mortgage. I was initially concerned that he would not meet the service level of or friend. He came as a recommended funding agent from Zillow, so we proceeded to get a competitive quote from him. Lee Hardin was recommended to my husband and me by someone who previously did business with him.We were inexperienced mortgage applicants. He patiently guided us through entire process.
