Just became a first time homeowner thanks to Lee's assistance. He did a great job finding me the right mortgage and helping me understand the process. Very responsive to both my real estate agent and myself.There can be a lot of challenges when getting approved for a condo mortgage, but we cleared every hurdle thanks to Lee's perseverance on my behalf.

Lee helped us get our house refinanced. He worked extensively with us to get the best rates and the best deal we could. There were numerous loop holes we had to go through; not because of anything Lee did, but due to financial mishaps we'd been through in the last number of years. We had tried for years to get a home loan, just to be turned away the minute our credit was pulled. Lee was not like that, he pulled our credit, saw it was going to be difficult, and told us it may take a few few months but we would keep working different avenues until we succeeded. He had to try a few different options and spent a lot of time texting with us after hours. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
