From the moment I met Lee until the loan was funded Lee was extremely pleasant, efficient and communicative. He responded to all of my communications extremely quickly, sometimes immediately. He was able to guide me through a difficult loan process due to an unexpectedly low property appraisal and was encouraging throughout. I would use Lee again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone. He is a real professional at what he does!

We highly recommend Lee Hardin at Mountain West Bank in Sandpoint. He has proven to be a very efficient loan officer as he walked us through every step of the way. He worked hard for us, was always available when we needed him, and responded to our needs and questions in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a better person to assist us in making our dream come true in Priest River, Idaho. Lee is awesome!

Lee was very responsive to all of me emails and texts, would get back to me right away. He took the time to explain all of the options, and helped expedite the loan when the sellers requested an earlier date. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed working with Lee on our refinance, as much as you can enjoy that process. He was always very responsive with phone calls and emails and did a lot toward trouble shooting whatever came up.

Our house refinance was seamless. Lee is organized and efficient. He is able to foresee potential problems and deal with them ahead of time so that there are no surprises. All information provided was clear and accurate. I highly recommend Lee.

Lee was incredible to work with. He helped me explore all the options available to me and helped me find the loan that best fit for my circumstances. Since my home offer was based on a few contingencies for another home I owned, there were challenges. We did not know Lee previously and even sought the guidance and competitive quote from a trusted friend to fund this mortgage. I was initially concerned that he would not meet the service level of or friend. He came as a recommended funding agent from Zillow, so we proceeded to get a competitive quote from him.
