I spoke with five different lenders when seeking pre-approval as a first-time homebuyer. Lee was head and shoulders above the rest. He was patient, and took time to explain the process to me. He was responsive, often calling me back within minutes whenever I sent him a message, and he was proactive, advising me on different federally-backed loan programs I might qualify for that could help me buy a house.
