Lee Hardin provided us with a loan package that was thoroughly prepared and assembled so that it made it through underwriting smoothly and quickly. Lee had our loan package done ahead of time so we were able to close early. Lee will "get 'er done" for you!
Lee is the only lender I will work with. He is friendly, quick and efficient at his job. His confidence and experience makes the approval process less stressful knowing you are in good hands. I couldn't say better things about him.
