The store is nice, well laid out with variety of quality furniture at different price points and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. I was helping my brother-in-law buy some new furniture. He finally settled on a nice couch and asked if the matching decorative pillows were included in the sale price? Ive never had a problem with Levin furniture both in Pittsburgh and State College. The staff was always friendly and helpful and when I had a problem with my reclining sleeping chair, the gentleman came out and he repaired it quickly and showed me what happened. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and in fact gave me information that I did not know before about my chair which was how to turn the power completely off without having unplugged it. From staff showing us the prod to financing for the purchase everyone was pleasant and help. The delivery staff were friendly, and fast in stalling and insuring to demonstrate the functions of the remote for our use. The were very polite to remove their shoes when carrying the product since it had rained earlier.
