From staff showing us the prod to financing for the purchase everyone was pleasant and help. The delivery staff were friendly, and fast in stalling and insuring to demonstrate the functions of the remote for our use. The were very polite to remove their shoes when carrying the product since it had rained earlier.

Excellent experience from start to finish. My salesman, *****, was so helpful to find exactly what I was looking for and explaining everything. The young men who delivered my sofa were friendly and extremely careful getting it into the house. Will definitely shop there again!

The salesperson was very nice and helpful when we we buying a mattress .. However, when I said I needed a mattress protector, he grabbed one for $250, stating it was the best, so I purchased it. Its absolutely horrible. So slippery that the fitted sheet comes off every night. Levin had no interest in discussing or discounting another one, Just said it was non returnable which I understand. Poor customer service in my opinion.
