Dr. Nunez and his assistants are wonderful and caring. All vets are pricey so get ready to pony up the money. The front staff is lacking many things and I'm quite surprised at their lack of kindness. Not the best type of attitudes you want to greet you.If it wasn't for Dr. Nunez, the front staff would have left me running to another vet.

Nothing better than this place they treated my Rottie with Amazing Respect when I had to put her to sleep the office staff is Amazing. Byron Amy Crystal Nancy you Guys Rock. YOU GUYS TOOK SO MUCH TIME OUT TO REALLY CARE ABOUT MY HAILEY GIRL.

My Pekingese was a patient of Levittown Animal Hospital from 2003-March 2014. I have always had a pleasant experience at this vet. I read the other reviews. I agree they can be a little pricey but knowing my dog was in excellent care was worth it to me. My dog had 3 slipped discs between 2005-2008 (common for the breed) and each time Dr Leon properly diagnosed him, showed concern and even called the emergency hospital to have him admitted asap. I am so happy this office is in my town. Everyone there is amazing from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the very caring doctors. I feel that my "babies" are in good hands here. I feel that the staff really cares about my dogs and are not just out to pick my pockets. Today I called because my dog was in a lot of pain and I did not know why. I was told to come in right away. Thank you Levittown Animal Hospital

I see that some have had several issues with this establishment. I personally have not had any of these problems. My dog is a year old and has been to this office since we first got him at 2 months. He has been Through puppy training and intermediate training there. Byron (assistant/ trainer) is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Whenever I have a issue with Bentley (training wise) he is always there to help out and give suggestions. I've been been going there with my two dogs for three years and always felt happy with the care my boys had. Last week my new puppy got really sick. Automatically I thought the worse, bloat since he's a large breed. He also had ticks when I got him so I feared Lyme disease. Not only was I upset about him possibly having surgery or dying I was also concerned about the huge bill that comes with it. Our new puppy had her first visit here yesterday. Everybody took great care of her and took time to answer any questions we had. I don't think she will mind going back for her next set of shots!

So far so good, this is only the second time here so I've yet to form a dyed-in-the-wool opinion. We'll see as we go along but Dr. Leon has been forthright about opionions, correctly diagnosed an ear infection for my dog and administered medication that did clear it up. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We have been going to Levittown Animal Hospital ever since Dr. Nunez arrived. We followed him from Island Trees Vet, why, because he is that good of a doctor. Not only does he take a personal interest in each of out cats but also takes the time to explain each procedure. Any and all questions are answered in a polite and understandable way plus the entire support staff is wonderful. This includes the receptionist, all the vet tech's and the remaining support staff.
