Dr Fischman is 5 star, the reception staff is also 5 star. The policies of this veterinary hospital is a disgrace. They require you to call at 8am sharp for an appointment which has to be same day. As a frontline worker during this pandemic, this makes it difficult for me to have my Siberian Husky seen by his Vet of nearly 20 years. I drop my healthy 7yr old Yorke here for a few days while I go on vacation came back to a phone call that he has HGE and he pass away in 24 hrs Do not go here, they neglect your pet, they have more than they can handle, My family is in so much pain.

I have to say I have been going here for 10 years with this dog I have now and years before with my other dog. I called twice for an appointment for my dog who is not feeling well and both times they could not get me in but advised me to go to emergency care.. I have spent thousands of dollars here on my babies and this is what I get. Well whoever reads this take it for what it is worth... I would not reccommend thgis place at all..
Date 7-24-2020 This morning apx 10:00 AM i spoke to the office by phone from the animal Hospital parking lot, as you are not allowed inside because of Covid 19. I spoke to a young lady who picked up the phone about receiving a credit for an invoice for a dog named Petey .I was informed she will give my cell number to the office manager and i would receive a phone call shortly. horrible horrible horrible!! if i could give minus 5 stars i would!! i have been asking how much for my female cat spay...and i have 2 cats so i asked for a multi pet break/discount. nope! they don't believe in that!! i was finally told about $300 each which is max what i wanted to spend, and which is a fair price around at different local vets. this place was close by so i figured i would go here... i was told different things by different workers everytime i called...completely disorganized and some workers downright... read more
I've been a customer for a few years. I fine them friendly and good with my pets. Lately I have been feeling like I am over paying for treatments and get very little communication of why. There is a lot of options around and I'm thinking that they really don't offer anything premium that justifies the higher cost.

This place is so Uncaring & charge for things not needed! They are responsible for the death of my little dachshund! Dr Meltzer gave her Zenequin antibiotics. He was adamant about cleaning her teeth, which I specifically said "NO"!!! I went for blood work to see how her liver was (she use to see Dr Wen for this diagnosis) Well ZENQUIN KILLED HER AFTER HER 2nd day on them!!! Overpriced, pushy and refused to send vet records twice so that I could board my dog elsewhere. When I called the second time the receptionist started pushing me to come in for a follow up visit "since it's been six months and we only saw your dog once". I replied I'd only just adopted him which is why they'd only seen him once and that I was going away soon and would consider bringing him in when I got back but that I really just needed the records to board my dog please.
