Good trade-in experience I worked specifically with Hernando Mejia who helped me choose a good trade in vehicle for my existing car for the right price. Good people/fair prices, def recommend. The dealership has pretty good customer service and met all my needs. My trade in experience was good and I'm very satisfied with my current purchase. Very satisfied customers Our saleswoman, Michele Johns, found us the exact car we wanted at a very fair price without all the uncomfortable haggling. Just a few negotiations and we were on our way in a beautiful new car. Michele was so knowledgeable, patient and sweet. We have found ourselves a new dealership, Lexus of Ann Arbor and a new saleswoman, Michele Johns. The financial person was also very efficient and the manager was most accommodating. It was a very good experience all around.

Great Experience Recently purchased both a used Lexus ES and GS from Lexus of Ann Arbor. Highly recommend my salesman Hernando Mejia. He is not only knowledgeable and trustworthy but has the patience to allow you explore the Lexus lineup. We were able to compare several different models in a very low stress environment.
