I had a really bad situation last night with Mr. Mason. Treating me inappropriately and unprofessionally. He was very rude and said to me “that’s not my damn problem” when trying to purchase a vehicle. He tried to hide numbers to close a deal. He wanted me to sign before disclosing important details. To end of my bad experience, i asked him to remove the ceramic coat cost, and he replied “it’s on the damn car already” in a very vigorous manner that was unnecessary.
I have been a loyal customer since 2016, regularly purchasing parts and services from Lexus of Greenville. Recently, I bought a battery from them and attempted to return the old one for a rebate. I was informed by the parts department that I couldn't receive the rebate because I installed the battery myself, and also noted that you are under new ownership. My husband and I bought a used Toyota Venza. The original radio was replaced with a touch screen. We can only get 3 radio stations and a friend told us the radio was PROBABLY not connected to the antenna. When my husband called the salesman he basically said we bought it “as is”. I would leave zero stars if I could. We show up to test drive a vehicle. Long story short the keys for this vehicle were “lost”/possibly with another salesman. Supposedly this salesman would not answer the phone. We were told we would be contacted after they got the keys back. Check in with the salesman next day- still no keys. It’s now been 5 days. Brittany is the rudest person I have ever met! I would never do business again with this company due to how she conducts herself especially away from the job. You need to do a better job of training customer service to your employees.
Recently bought a car from Lexus of Greenville and every step of the way was a headache. We saw it online and came to see it and was told it wasn't ready. We were told on 3 other occasions it was ready to drive and when we got there it wasnt ready. The first time the salesman said he would go get it and he never returned to tell us anything.
