Good follow up specially before give you the lre qualifycation. High closing costs. A lot of "sales" talk before , then it is just common service. It is hard to reach them out, they asked all the paperwork for the pre approve.
It was a complicated loan process due to all of the property surprises, however in the end Isaac helped us out through everything. He was knowledgeable and patient in the whole process.
Rob took on a challenge when he started working with us. He was able to help us get our credit where it needed to be and once that was taken care of he was able to get our loan closed within a timely manner.
