Chris is quite literally part spiritual guru, part mortgage banker, part genuine super human. He walked me through crisis moments, made sure to always have my best interests at heart, and was a true pleasure to work with. He is the absolute best —an angel. So so so lucky to have bought my first house with Chris!!!

Recently bought a house with Cole as our loan originator. From the start he was communicating with us almost everyday. Cole watched the rates like a hawk and locked it in at the lowest rate Since we started looking at a house. Near the end we had some hick ups, but Cole walked us through even through closing. I would highly suggest him to anyone that is buying a house.

So my husband and I recently bought our very first house, exciting right? Well If it wasn't for Chris and all his hard work and dedication we would not be where we are today! It took a total of 7 months to close on our house because of things not related to our lender"Liberty Home Mortgage". I'm a first time home buyer... the process is overwhelming and scary to begin with but working with Todd was a huge relieve off of my shoulders. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and communicated sooo much through-out the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Todd!!!

I was tooling around on Zillow when I decided I wanted to get pre-approved for a loan. At the time, I had no idea what I’d be able to afford. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Todd reached out to me and was a greater help than I could have imagined. Since I was a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of uncertainties and questions. Todd answered all my questions with patience and transparency. He also referred me a fantastic realtor, which also helped make the home buying process so seamless. Todd was more than helpful to my wife and I. He walked us through the process and gave us much needed suggestions when needed. He always returned our calls in a timely manner. Very easy to work with very knowledgeable and always pleasant to talk to. When we didn’t think we could qualify he help us and a little over 30 days we closed on our home. What a Blessing.
