Kate went above and beyond to process a VERY complicated VA loan that 3 other banks backed out on at the last minute. Cole was extremely friendly. The process took a little longer than expected due to some hiccups and Covid. Cole had an answer for every question I had. He reassured me and was patient. It was an all around great experience.
