I truly recommend Mike Miller. He is professional, honest and very knowledgeable of the housing market. Stayed in contact with me and was available day or night for any questions I had in purchasing my home.

Dawn made everything seem so easy even though I was freaking out. I needed the money from the house I was selling for a down payment on a new house and everything happened o effortlessly. She contacts you with updates. Answers all of your questions and phone calls with an explanation I can understand. Highly recommend Dawn.

Pre-qualification letters were delivered promptly and all questions were answered by a representative with deep knowledge of real estate transactions. The documentation requests indicated this was a serious lender doing its homework. I didn't end making an offer in February because the real estate market in the area I was looking seemed overpriced, but I definitely would recommend this lender.
