Steven was an amazing loan officer! I was very surprised at how quick and simple he made the process. He was available any time I had a question, whether it was morning, noon or night. Steve was always available to assist me in the process of securing a mortgage. He provided helpful suggestions which helped me in providing the documents required for the application. He was knowledgeable of all aspects of the process. One thing that he did was to advise me of a website which enabled me to print documents without a printer which permitted me to sign documents and then return.
