Steven Fishman and his team work with my husband and I when no one else would.When everyone else told us there was no way on getting our loan for our family home his team told us yes we can do it. Rob was very patient with all the different challenges we threw his way to get our loan finalized. He was willing to explain everything that I had questions on and never hesitated to answer his email at any time of day or night. Steve was straight up and honest about everything from the beginning. I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle my loan and he did everything in his power to make it work the way I wanted it to. He is very knowledgeable about all types of loans and will tell you if he has doubts. With the experience that he has in the field I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a regular home loan or a rehab loan he does it all!

Rob was super easy to work with and also a lifesaver when it came to the downsides of our buying process. We are buying a manufactured home(double wide) through FHA and hit more snags than we thought we would. Between the higher DTI on manufactured homes and a higher reserve amount, to the lack of a foundation certification, then problems obtaining the serial number; rob managed to work through each issue to keep the transaction moving! Rob worked really hard from beginning to end on my loan. I was dealing with a seller that was very difficult to work with and we were put on deadlines that seemed impossible. I started with a loan for renovation and quickly had to change to a FHA loan due to time restraints. Rob immediately started working on getting the loan moving. Always willing to answer questions even after hours. This man went above and beyond for me and I am grateful. Anyone looking to have a smooth transition this is the guy for you.

My husband and I just experienced our first home purchase by means of a VA Loan. Mr. Dawson was excellent in making the process as smooth as possible, very quick to respond and very patient with my endless questions.
