Steven was honest and clear about everything I needed to do to be able to close on my home. His staff was always friendly, helpful accessible as well!Everyone always responded very quickly to any of my questions.Highly Recommend.

just let me say prompt, knowledgeable, understanding, efficient and truly a pleasure to work with!!! The process all the way through was smooth and pain less... Couldn't have asked for a better mortgage banker best one that I know.. My family and I are so appreciative to have had Rob as our mentor through our first time home buying challenge. What once was something so far out of reach is now a reality!!!

Simply unbelievable experience with Rob. He communicated, informed us along the process, and gave unprompted updates. The speed to which he closed the mortgage was unprecedented and we felt like his top priority the entire time. David handled our purchase loan from start to finish on a short sale property. Since it was a "short sale" bank-owned property, the process took 6 months. It was very tedious at times, but David always kept his patience and encouraged us to keep ours. We originally were hoping for FHA financing but could not get the property approved due to needed repairs. When I started this process my credit score wasn't where it should be. I had paid many creditors off but had not affected my credit report yet. Rob went to work right away on this and was able to help my credit score. I knew nothing about how this process works. Rob answered all my questions and helped me to understand the importance of seasoned money . Not gonna lie buying a home is very stressful. But owning a home is extremely satisfying . Rob 100% delivered. We had a very long frustrating experience finding a home and Rob never hesitated to provide us the info that we requested when we were making our decisions. In the end, we ended up buying from a sale-by-owner and he worked flawlessly with our agent to make the deal happen. He had a tight window caused mostly by the sellers' mistakes but he knew how important this was to us and got it done on time.
