I wouldn't even give them a 1. Is this company biased against patients with ********* This company is contracted with my Healthplan. I received a notice from my HP that the services provided were paid but put towards my deductible. Trying to do the right thing I asked the billing department if they could **** the deductible to ********* If they refused, I could have paid with my HSA but I wasn't allowed to get that far. Horrible experience with their billing department. They billed the wrong insurance company and it takes 40 minutes minimum on hold to get through to them.

I don't know if the company is horrible, but my doctor was. He was never interested in listening to my problems. He liked to talk about his kid more than helping me. I loss wages because paperwork was not completed and submitted like he said it was. When I told him I felt like he was not taking me serious he basically told me to kick rocks and that I was using suicide as a hoax.

Terrible company. Very disappointed. I had a follow up with my psychiatrist scheduled earlier this month but I still was miserable due to Covid. I had a hard time breathing and speaking, too, without going into an intense cough attack. I know they have a late-cancelation policy but the morning of my appointment I called and asked if they waived the fee due to Covid illness (my company does) and she said they did and she told me the process of submitting my Covid results.Today I got the message that they arent waiving the fee... read more

When I first started with them I called to make an appointment, the scheduler was gone and so someone would call me back.. nothing, then I called a couple days later and I guess it was busy so I did the callback option with no return call. I should have known then. 1 star for terrible customer service! They charged my daughter for one 30 minute virtual appointment that was not sent to our insurance company although I gave this information when scheduling. I have not been able to contact the billing department. I'm on hold forever and never received a call back even though it states all calls will be returned within 24 hours! Terrible!! They keep charging my bank account for visits i have already paid. I have contacted them several times and no 9ne has refunded my money nor contacted me. I have all of my bank statements and receipts showing ive paid for every visit, i finished my therapies 3 months ago and they are still charging my bank account for visits i already paid months ago. I received a **** from LifeStance Health. I sent them copies of all the checks they cashed for services rendered. I expected that it would be resolved. NOPE!!!! Theyre trying to charge me for the same services that have already been paid for. I wrote on the check the account number & when it was covering (how many weeks during the specific month).
