Horrible experience with their billing department. They billed the wrong insurance company and it takes 40 minutes minimum on hold to get through to them.

I don't know if the company is horrible, but my doctor was. He was never interested in listening to my problems. He liked to talk about his kid more than helping me. I loss wages because paperwork was not completed and submitted like he said it was. When I told him I felt like he was not taking me serious he basically told me to kick rocks and that I was using suicide as a hoax.
Terrible company. Very disappointed. I had a follow up with my psychiatrist scheduled earlier this month but I still was miserable due to Covid. I had a hard time breathing and speaking, too, without going into an intense cough attack. When I first started with them I called to make an appointment, the scheduler was gone and so someone would call me back.. nothing, then I called a couple days later and I guess it was busy so I did the callback option with no return call. I should have known then. 1 star for terrible customer service! They charged my daughter for one 30 minute virtual appointment that was not sent to our insurance company although I gave this information when scheduling. I have not been able to contact the billing department. I'm on hold forever and never received a call back even though it states all calls will be returned within 24 hours! Terrible!! They keep charging my bank account for visits i have already paid. I have contacted them several times and no 9ne has refunded my money nor contacted me. I have all of my bank statements and receipts showing ive paid for every visit, i finished my therapies 3 months ago and they are still charging my bank account for visits i already paid months ago. I received a **** from LifeStance Health. I sent them copies of all the checks they cashed for services rendered. I expected that it would be resolved. NOPE!!!! Theyre trying to charge me for the same services that have already been paid for. I wrote on the check the account number & when it was covering (how many weeks during the specific month).
