I got a shelter puppy. Brought him here. Great customer service on the phone. When I came to my appt which was the next day after calling everyone was great. Not sure how much an exam is since I got mine for free as it came with my adoption fee at shelter but I did purchase flea/heartworm meds. They had great prices only a dollar more than 1800petmeds for the 6 month package. The nurses were great and vet was great also. I just got a new puppy from shelter s will be updating soon on that appt also.

My cat had been sick for some time and I had taken him to another vet who seemed to be more interested in taking my money than his quality of life. I decided to go to Lifetime for a second opinion. I was treated with much more compassion there. They told me that they could run tests and do their best to prolong his life but that because of his age it would be acceptable for me to put him down. Dr. Hardy is the best. He's taken care of my dogs and cats for 25 years and in that time has been thorough in making his diagnoses and honest and conservative in making treatment recommendations. He always makes a point to know me and--even more importantly--to recognize my dog. I've heard it said that LACC is generally on the expensive side, and I would agree with that. But I can't bring myself to switch from someone I trust to manage my pets' health.

My first experience here was fantastic. It could not have been better. They are very thorough, helpful and kind. You can really trust your pet with them :)

I highly recommend Dr. Kelly Pizzo at this hospital; I was not fond of the other veterinarian I saw, and I feel that he made me panic unnecessarily about the condition of my cat. My cat had been sneezing on and off, and he acted as though she was going into respiratory distress and was in danger of death. In reality, my cat just becomes extremely stressed out from car rides and tends to breathe rapidly whenever she's out of her comfort zone (i.e. at the veterinarian). Unfortunately I first met Dr. Hardy and his staff when my two cats were getting older and running into some serious health issues. They have both since passed on (one from cancer, one from diabetes) and I could not have asked for more kind and compassionate people to take care of my pets (and me for that matter)! I would highly recommend Lifetime Animal Care Center and when we are ready to adopt some new furry members of the family, this will be where we head to for their care. My first experience with Lifetime Animal Care Center was under bad circumstances, but the experience with the center and the staff could not have been better in my opinion. My cat, Parker, became suddenly ill on a Tuesday and after seeing that he wasn't getting any better I knew I had to do something. I absolutely love this place. I have always had animals, but never a vet I really liked and trusted. So, when we moved it was time to find a vet and they just happened to be close. I am so glad I tried them. At the time we had an aging dog that had medical problems and they were wonderful up until the very end. My family loves Lifetime Animal Care! We have four dogs and they have been cared for by the vets at Lifetime for over 12 years. When we moved to North County we even drove down to continue our care with Dr. Hardy. All of the vets are great. They really care for the animals and only recommend treatments that are really needed.
