Pathetic response from this company & absolutely inaccurate! I found a VET that friendly, listens, treats the condition & most importantly doesn't try and UPSELL you! It's called compassion try & use it on your existing clients!
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback, Electra. We are sorry that you felt that you did not have the best experience at Lifetime. Based on your pet's records, the visits you had here at Lifetime don't fit with the scenario you describe above, as we did not see your pet for a recheck as you were seen for a technician visit for which there is no exam fee followed by a doctor's visit a month later for a different concern. We apologize if there was a misunderstanding and assure you that we strive to provide the best patient care possib... read more
I would caution anyone who wants to take their pets to this place!! I read great reviews about this vet clinic & took my two rescue cats there last year. The staff is great & friendly. I initially liked the vet that took care of my cats, but then the following happened. Both my Siamese cats have dental issues. The vet started telling me that one of my cats would need a serious surgery. I went twice for check ups & some issues that needed to be addressed, & he kept pushing that the issue was serious & i should start thinking ... read more

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received. According to our records, both your felines received dental procedures and quotes were given when those procedures were scheduled. If there was some miscommunication, we are truly sorry and wish we could have known and corrected the issue at the time of occurrence. Thank you for your feedback now. We will take it to heart. We are committed to taking the best possible care of pets and invite you to give us a chance to serve you again in the future ... read more
Lifetime animal Hospital killed my sweet Maltese, Sara. I was told she needed a test to see if she had a certain disease. The test pumped cortisol into her body and it killed her. They refunded the exorbitant amount I payed to treat her, (an indication of their inexcusable treatment and ignorant diagnosis). After the injection of cortisol, Sara was hyperventilated and I could see she was in distress. I took her to an Emergency hospital who in the past always saved an emergency for any of my pets. Sara had heart diseas... read more

As we've expressed in previous conversations, we are so sorry for your loss. We do what we do at Lifetime because we love animals so much and want to provide them with the best possible care. Our staff is truly hurt by your comments and remain sorry that you feel that we did anything but try to help your pet Sara. Again, our hearts go out to you for the pain of your loss, as our pets are our family too.
Once upon a time, this use to great. Not true anymore. Now owned by a Corporation, the cuddly feelings are gone. Recently, I was diagnosed with a terminal disease. I have a cherished little Shih Tsu named Tso Tso who has been seen by Lifetime for over 5 years. My dog came down with severe allergies. Took my pet to Lifetime, seen by Dr. Vickie who told me that in order to completly diagnose my poor dog I would need to spend over 300.00 for testing. I leave with a bag full of expensive medicines which were hardly afforable. ... read more

Thank you for your encouraging words Sherri! We are happy to hear you have enjoyed your experience with our clinic and staff and look forward to seeing you again soon!
I had came in to get the rest of my puppies shots and I had asked if they could cut his nails as well. As I was checking out I was told the cost of his nail trim was $31 which is absurd. I had asked why it cost so much especially since I have 5 pound dog the secretary couldn't even give me a straight answer and gave me attitude. As I was given the rest of my change $2 of it was in quarters... not cool. Definitely will be going else were to his get nails trimmed and to a different vet when my plan is over.

Hello Allie I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Our goal is to not only meet but exceed your expectations and I'm disappointed to hear that we were unable to do so at this visit. It sounds like there was some miscommunication during your visit, for which I apologize. I have shared your perceptions of your substandard customer service with the staff and we will redouble our efforts to ensure that our communications are clear and that our customer service is superior. I sincerely hope that you will give us... read more
I am not a fan of this place. I was told my cat MUST have several tests when the doctor KNEW the issue was behavioral from the beginning. I understand to check all the bases before diagnosis but HOW MANY? I lose total respect for Drs who only think about $$. No bedside manner, my cat was SCREAMING in the back --- he's never made sounds like that and came out wrapped in a blanket? I trim his nails...why so dramatic? They're also not educated on exotic breeds! I have bengal cats and I assume vets should know more about this br... read more

Hello Emily: I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Our goal is to not only meet but exceed your expectations and I'm disappointed to hear that we were unable to do so at this visit. As an AAHA & Fear Free practice, we keep the highest standards of care for our patients and use as little restraint as necessary for procedures, so using a blanket for a nail trim is one of the ways in which we can make the patient more comfortable during what can be a stressful procedure. Unfortunately, without additional inf... read more
This incident happened several months ago but it's important for this to be posted. I have gone to the vet at this Clinic for my last three dogs with the exception of my present dog. This was long before it became the Lifetime Animal Clinic so I've known this Vet for over 30 years, at least I thought I did. My animals and I were always treated with the utmost respect and my family and I were treated with deep sympathy when our animals had to be put down illnesses over the years. With my present dog due to location issues ... read more

Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention, Jill. I'm so sorry that you had a negative experience. As a clinic committed to Fear Free practices, we work to make a calm environment for our patients and try to give them space if that is what they seem to need. It sounds like we disappointed you with our efforts and I do apologize if you viewed the doctor's demeanor as standoffish. That is certainly not what we try to portray here at Lifetime. Please note that the doctor did discount the visit, charging a consul... read more
Don't bother with this vet. I paid $55.80 for an office visit and my mini doxie was very ill with an infection. It was over a holiday weekend and the doctor looked over her mouth for an infection and wrote on the invoice that she had a dental exam and a grade 4 dental disease. He said she didn't need anything but when I went to another vet after the holiday he said she had such a bad infection that I couldn't have her treated without massive doses of penicillin. She declined very quickly in the next couple of days and al... read more
I've been with Lifetime for over 10 years, so I have some emotional attachment because of the good care they've had with my pets. But I had to write this review because I am so disappointed with the customer service they have provided me with. Ididn't see the vet until an hour after my scheduled appointment, the VET talked about payment plans(first time for me), they had to keep poking my kitten because they tried on the other leg and couldn't get blood out, they never scheduled a next appointment(but still getting billed $5... read more
