This incident happened several months ago but it's important for this to be posted. I have gone to the vet at this Clinic for my last three dogs with the exception of my present dog. This was long before it became the Lifetime Animal Clinic so I've known this Vet for over 30 years, at least I thought I did. My animals and I were always treated with the utmost respect and my family and I were treated with deep sympathy when our animals had to be put down illnesses over the years. With my present dog due to location issues ... read more
Don't bother with this vet. I paid $55.80 for an office visit and my mini doxie was very ill with an infection. It was over a holiday weekend and the doctor looked over her mouth for an infection and wrote on the invoice that she had a dental exam and a grade 4 dental disease. He said she didn't need anything but when I went to another vet after the holiday he said she had such a bad infection that I couldn't have her treated without massive doses of penicillin. She declined very quickly in the next couple of days and al... read more
I've been with Lifetime for over 10 years, so I have some emotional attachment because of the good care they've had with my pets. But I had to write this review because I am so disappointed with the customer service they have provided me with. Ididn't see the vet until an hour after my scheduled appointment, the VET talked about payment plans(first time for me), they had to keep poking my kitten because they tried on the other leg and couldn't get blood out, they never scheduled a next appointment(but still getting billed $5... read more
This is a long awaited review, I was so frustrated and upset I just wanted to put it out of my mind. Until now. I want to make this short and to the point. What this clinic could not diagnose in a matter of 7 hours, another clinic diagnosed in 5 minutes. My cat was being poked and prodded to diagnose the reddish spots he was leaving around our house. Urinalysis... Blood tests... Caged all day until the vet could see him (Duke was aggressive, said the people who left him caged all day). Of course they charged me a ridiculou... read more
I adopted a puppy.. And read the reviews for lifetime. I took her there for an adoption check up. And I was very happy with the first veterinarian I spoke with who seemed very caring and knowledgeable. Then when it came time to have my puppies vaccines done I took her back there for them as well. They were improperly administered as I discovered when I noticed lumps forming on her legs in the area the shots were given. I wasn't happy but I understand how puppies are so I decided to let it slide because everyone I had met the... read more
This visit has made me question the practice of the vet. Are you more interested in revenue or necessity? I dropped of my cat for a full physical and also due to a concern that he was not jumping as easily. On the quote was X-rays and I was told that if the Dr was concerned during the examination that they would take X-rays. The Dr called me and said my cat was not exhibiting any signs of pain or mobility issues and then asked me if I was fine with them doing a blood screen. Where I am concerned is that despite the fact that... read more
I had the worst experience the last time I brought my dog there...They are ridiculous expensive!! After many years of spending a lot of money there, they didn't even care for our concerns. I am very dissapointed with their service!! They will charge you even when they don't do anything with your dog, their expertise advise costed us a lot of money!! :(
I will NEVER return to this place EVER again! Heres my story, my dog was in pain when we got there so he wasn't exactly in a friendly mood. I told the staff he has been known to flip out and occasionally bite when strangers try to restrain him. Due to his condition, I requested from the beginning that he be sedated for the exam of his injuries in order for it to be less painful and traumatic for my poor baby. They insisted he would do fine with a muzzle and told ME to put it on him. Fail! So then after he was totally pissed ... read more
