After a hail storm, roofers of all types converge on a city. Some are from out of town. Some are one-guy-and-a-truck. Some say they'll find a way to get your deductible worked into the job (that's 1% of your home's cost here in Texas). This was a very pleasant experience from the initial sales call, which I requested, to the last sky light was installed. Matt Peterson was our sales consultant and was very responsive to all of my questions. I received a quote without having to disclose the amount of insurance proceeds, unlike other roofing contracts that want to see your insurance quote first. They did everything that was agreed upon. They cleaned up the debris from the job. I would highly recommend them. I've used them in the past and would use them in the future. They're an outstanding company.

They did a GREAT job! From the first time Matt came over to give me the initial inspection & quote to the final inspection...I was well taken care of. They communicated each step promptly (delivery of materials, when the job was to begin, when the final inspection would be) This is a great company that is prompt with customer service! Highly recommend them! <br />

The estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful. The materials were delivered and spotted exactly where I asked them to place them. The inspector came by several times to make sure everything was going well. The crew was professional and did the job in record time. Especially when another crew came to help them finish. The company even made arrangements for someone to bring lunch for the crew. After the job was done, the inspector came and signed off on everything. My Lon Smith Roofing experience was very good and I would recommend them to anyone in need.Lon Smith Roofing was very quick to make an appointment at my house and show up on time.My account rep was Robbie Harless and he was always readily available to answer questions or help me with any concerns I had.
