In early March my neighborhood was hit hard by a spring storm. Pretty much everyone’s fence was blown over and I found shingles in my yard. Immediately, out of state crooks started swarming the neighborhood offering to repair my roof. One even claimed that I needed to replace my 5 year old roof. Their local area Estimator responded to me in a timely fashion setting up a convenient date / time to inspect our hail damaged roof. He came out on schedule, listened to myconcerns (e.g.,should wereplace our 13 year oldskylights out of our pocketeven though they were not broken), inspected the roof, explained to us the damage as well as the cost to replace thedamaged roof. After the hail storm our insurance agent submitted a claim. The Lon Smith representative Mitch B. was prompt, courteous, and so helpful thru the process. He wanted to be present when the insurance adjuster came out to inspect the roof. Even though the adjuster came on Easter Sunday, Mitch was here. We didn't have to be concerned about anything. <p>The roofers were very professional and new exactly what their job was and did it. There was no bickering among them. The job was completed in one day.</p> <p>The carport team was exactly the same. They knew what to do and also very professional. </p> <p>When both teams left the re was no mess, all was cleaned up.</p> <p> </p>

Both teams were very professional. Each person had a job and the work went like clockwork. One was done on March 31 and the carport was done a couple weeks later. There was no messleft.

I called to come out for an estimate to have my roof fixed. they came out the next day and wrote me an estimate which I thought it was really quick. They had the best price and were really nice and professional. They got my roof done in one day. I will do business with them in the furture <br />

Lon Smith Roofing was very professional and honest with us, the actual amount was exactly the amount of the estimate, they came out and did the repair sooner than I expected which was really nice (especially with storm season around the corner), and the repair was done quickly. I will definitely use Lon Smith Roofing again for any future roofing repairs.
