Very pleased with the service we received. The staff is always friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. It did take a few weeks to complete the process, but I'm sure it's a busy time of year with spring storms. This isn't the first time we've used them and it won't be the last.

This is the second time Lon Smith has put a roof on my house. I hope I don't have hail damage for a long time but if I need another roog I will go to Lon Smith. Hard to beat two good experiences. Everyone associated with this company is highly professional. They worked with me and my insurance. Completed job and inspected work quickly. I am pleased.

The replacement went well. The crew arrived ready to work at 7 a.m. They worked quickly and efficiently. They replaced the old roof and were completely finished by 3:30. The roof looks great. Three days later we had a twenty minute downpour: not a drop in the house through the fireplace which was the main problem. I am completely satisfied.

Needed to have my roof replaced, and had used Lon Smith many years ago. They were first on my list, but did get a few estimates. Of course....came back to the tried and true. John Stinson was the representative that came to my home, and went over the paper work, and helped me make my decisions in deciding what to go with. Selected the class 4 shingles due to its performance with regard to all the hail storms that come with living in this area. I was very apprehensive as the rain was pouring down after they started. The finished roof looks great. I was concerned about the flashing as that was a problem in 2012 when my roof was done but this was done correctly. My neighbor thought so much of the roof in 2012 she had her roof done and is using Lon Smith again this year. I put good on professionalism which might be nit-picky but one of the guys climbed up and down a tree off the roof but that really did not effect the work so I've changed it back to excellent. Overall it was a professional job and the crews we had were courteous and organized. we had some minor patio tile damage and they responded slowly but the workmanship was outstanding. The initial sales representative Shawn Michael was extremely well organized and knowledgeable.

Everything went great (AGAIN). We used Lon Smith about 12 years ago, and they were once again on time, reduced impact to our yard and everything was wrapped up in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend Lon Smith Roofing, for any roofing needs!
