My experience with Lon Smith was better than expected-they came highly recommended with years of experience. I had two other estimates but it was clear that Lon Smith knew exactly what I had going on, and what repairs needed complied with. Bob was above and beyond with scheduling to meet me (I work midnight shift). When the techs came to perform the repairs, they were very efficient, answered all my questions and did a great job of cleaning up, and leaving my yard as it was when they got here. LSR came out and replaced the existing drip edge with a new one as the old one was damaged. The crew did an excellent job and was very friendly and professional. The foreman was especially helpful and friendly! <br />

Had called other roofing company who never called back. Called Lon Smith roofing and received a call back within one hour by Bob Gibson. He scheduled and appointment for the next day and arrived early. He was very thorough and quick in his assessment of my roof. I took his advice on replacing my vents with a ridge vent instead. The job was completed about 10 days later and I could not be happier with the results. 'The representative came out within a few days of our contacting Lon Smith. He emailed us an assessment of the problem and two options (with estimates) as to how they could fix the leaking issue and told us either would work. We chose the more thorough procedure even though it was more money. After signing the agreement, I received a call from the director of the work crew to schedule the work. I had a leak and called Lon Smith Roofing for a free inspection. The inspector said we didn't need a new roof and only needed a repair. We had the repair done the same week. They were very professional and got the work down quickly and efficiently. Later that week, Texas had over 7 inches of rain and flash flooding and we didn't have any leaks. Thanks for the peace of mind that I won't have any further problems. <br />

We had two issues 1) leaking roof vent in our Master bedroom/install attic insulation and 2) Leaking roof at house/garage connection due to snow/ice build up in winters. Overall everything went well. This work was coordinated with Lon Smith's insulation installers since we had them put new insulation above our Master bedroom, I did a separate review for the insulation work. <br /> <br /> 1) The installer had to cut a hole in our roof, place water membrane and re-shingle along with replace the leaking air vent.
