The estimator was great to work with - very professional. <br /> The reason why I gave a "B" on responsiveness is because after the estimator did his job (and a contract was signed), I never heard back from the office to schedule the work. I had to call several times (and get the estimator back in the loop) before my job was scheduled. During that 2 week lag time, it rained at least once. <br /> We had a small job and I understand that bigger jobs takes precedence. Since our Master bedroom attic does not have access, they cut a hole in our roof and climbed in so that they could install baffles at the soffits then blow insulation into our attic. The installation was quick and efficient with no issues. The insulation work was coordinated with the Lon Smith roof repair department and completed the same day. I provided a separate review of that work. <br />

Pretty Simply put, Lon Smith was the most affable, affordable, and professional roofing outfit I contacted, received a quote from and, had the pleasure to do business with. <br /> Their quote was for the repairs I needed. They weren't interested in selling me a whole new roof, which I did not need. They were interested in doing the repair work I asked for and were on time and in budget. <br /> I had other companies over-quote me by a thousand dollars, and some who flat out REFUSED to do only a repair. <p>Excellent work done. We had two leaks fixed and a sky light replaced. Trent was very polite and on time unlike some others. He gave a very thorough estimate. He explained exactly what they were going to do and they completed the work before the actual time frame given. Fantastic roofing company! I highly recommend them and would never choose anyone else.</p> <br />

Lon Smith sent out a salesman in just a few days and gave me a bid for the work, as well adding much needed ventilation into my attics. After signing the agreement, they sent a repair worker out twice the following week to fix all of my problems and add the ridge vents. Then they sent me a thank you note and called to see if I was happy with the work before sending the bill. I will use them again. <br />

<p><strong>Great experience.</strong> Called Lon Smith Roofing for an inspection after storms in August. Jason Rogerscame out, inspected the roofand recommended that I contact my insurance company and get my insurance company involved. He was right. My nine year old house had shingle problems on all sides and both levels of the roof. Jason was there for me through the whole process and took the time to promptlyreturn my calls when I had questions. All staff very nice and flexible with schedule date. The roofer seemed to know what he was doing. At least better than the first guy they sent 5 years ago to do the same job. I did have to call then back out as he forgot a section of the roof but he came back and apologized and did remaining section.
